How long does a real estate photography session take?
Typically, we average an hour on site to properly shoot photography of a listing. Larger homes will take longer and some smaller homes can be completed in around 45 minutes.
How long does a real estate video session take?
Typically, we average an hour on site to properly shoot a listing video. Larger homes will take longer and some smaller homes can be completed in around 45 minutes. Adding on drone will typically add 15-30 minutes.
How long does a Total Package (Photo, Video, & Drone) session take?
For Total Packages, we typically send a 2 man crew. So our average time on site is between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. If your listing is going to be shot by 1 shooter, we will contact you in advance as that will take 2-3 hours.
When will I get my media back?
For real estate photography and video, the media will be delivered
Do you have travel charges?
Yes and no. We have no added travel charges for listings within 30 miles of travel from our offices in Holland. For listings outside of that range, we charge $1/mi extra. Ex – Listing is 54 miles one way from our office, you would have an added travel charge of $24.
How do I pay?
You can book online and pay with CC through a secure PayPal portal. If you book by calling us directly, we will issue an invoice once your listing media has been delivered.
What size and type of photos do you deliever?
Photos are delivered as JPGs and 2000px by 1333px. Perfect for the MLS and online.
Reach out to us if you need another size or would like them exported for print use.
Do I need to be at the shoot?
No. As long as we have access to the home, there is no need for you to be present.

Do I own the photos or video?
No. You won’t technically own the photos or videos we produce. The rights we grant will allow you to use the media as you need to – through the MLS, social media, and your print media.
