UPDATE 5/6/2020 – We are opening up on Thursday 5/7/2020!
We will be back in action on Thursday 5/7/2020. The Governor has given guidance on safely reopening real estate in Michigan. We are excited to be able to serve you again and work safely with you and your clients. Per the direction of the Governor and our own protocols, we will be using much of the same operating procedures as before the shutdown. Please take a moment to re-read them, and thank you for your help in working with us as we carefully navigate these new times.
NLM COVID 19 Protocols
Update 3/23/2020 – Based on Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order and leading from the Michigan Realtor’s Association, we will be suspending all real estate media production at the close of business today, March 23rd. We will be delivering all our media from today, right on time, as usual. It is evident that we are being called to stay at home and stay safe and that we are not listed in the critical services that are exempt from the order. Therefore no bookings will be accepted until we are given approval by the state to operate again.
We want to do our part to respond appropriately and obey our governing authorities. We will be part of flattening the curve! The team will be working remotely and will be in touch. We are so thankful for the countless agents that have become partners and friends. We will look hopefully towards the future and will continue to keep the world’s medical and research community in our prayers.
Please reach out to us with any questions. Stay healthy and stay safe. Here’s to new listings, we know they are coming!

Update 3/20/2020 – ***With the growing uncertainty, we need to remind our partner agents that New Listing Media reserves the right to cancel any appointment on a need to need basis (Our T&C: newlistingmedia.com/terms-and-conditions/). As the response to COVID-19 develops, we will continue to book and shoot real estate media for as long as we can in good conscience, based on the directives of our state/national leaders and health professionals. As the realities of COVID-19 come to West Michigan, we have wrestled with what this means for our line of work and how to continue to best serve our agents and community. After looking to area health leaders and current recommendations, we have seen it best to put in place new procedures for our shoots. Our aim is to ensure we not only keep our team healthy but also protect you and your clients. The reality is that as a team we travel all over West Michigan each day and occupy countless homes. Below are the changes to our previous policies.
Starting Monday, March 15th:
The NLM team must be alone in the home we are creating media for. No homeowner or agent may be present. (As always, we will work to coordinate access, but homes will not be shot if they cannot be vacant and a service charge will be charged to cover travel expenses.)The NLM team will not touch or move any object within the home. Homes will be shot as is.The NLM team will clean and sanitize its equipment daily.
Finally, our team will also be working remotely as much as possible to limit exposure within the office. We know that this will be a change and may require some communication with your clients, but our heart is set on doing what is best for everyone in these unsure times. We will continue to monitor the situation in West Michigan and hope for the health and safety of all.
