Get ready for your Video Tour with NLM!

At New Listing Media we love video! We don’t believe there is any other form of media that can set off your listing like a home tour video. If you have never worked with us on a video in the past, we wanted to give you some answers to our frequently asked questions and make sure you are prepared for your first shoot! How long does a video home tour take?
Once on site, a typical video tour will take about 1 hour to capture. Larger homes can take a little longer, as well as any listing you would also like to add on drone videography. It is our preference and will give you the best finished product if we are able to have the home to ourselves during the shoot. This allows us to link shots and have the most fluid movement throughout the home.
What is the turn around time?
For a typical shoot, we will return your video in 2 business days. Sometimes it will be sooner, but you should plan on your video 2 business days after your shoot.
How should the home be preppared?
The home needs to be completely staged and ready to shoot. Unlike photography where we can sometimes Photoshop out a misplaced item, video requires us to shoot it as is.

 

If there is a problem area, we will use our discretion as to include those shots in the final edit. We always place your listing in the best light.

How do you pick the music for each home? Can I pick it?
Typically no, we don’t allow you pick your song. Due to time constraints and in an effort to keep our prices the best they can be, we pick the song for each home from a professional music licensing service. We license the song for your video only. We base our song choice on the style and type of home. To date, we’ve had 100% happy clients with our songs choices 🙂 If you have a genre you like, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

***If you have a specific piece of music you would like us to edit to, please send along a licensed copy or look through MusicBed.com. A $50 fee will be added for personally selected music from MusicBed.com. Our edit won’t begin until the song is selected.

Are there any revisions?

 

At our current price point, we can’t include any revisions.

We have worked hard to make our prices so good that you can use video for all of your listings. Including a round of revisions would a big jump in our pricing. We do fix any title errors or spelling mistakes.

If you would like revisions included in your package, just let us know and we will quote it separately.

What type of files get delivered?
We deliver FullHD (1080p) renders to you for direct download. You will receive a branded version for use on social media and an unbranded version for the MLS.

 

If you don’t have a YouTube account, we can upload them to our NLM channel and provide you an ‘unlisted’ link fo the MLS.

Do you archive the footage and project?
We back up and archive our projects and footage for 1 year after we shoot a home.
